Ibuprofen is TOXIC to dogs....It sounds as if she is still in good shape, but needs a prescription for pain meds. from your Vet.....Your Vet will have a selection of meds to treat your girl's, what I beleive to be, Arthrititis....They work wonders....
The yellow bile is stomach acid and the Ibuprofen could possibly be damaging her stomach lining.....Usually, dogs vomit bile when they've gone too long without food.....She needs to be fed 2 meals a day and a snack before bedtime.....
Not much a doctor can do - x rays - no treatment except pain meds. You might try getting some MSM and Hyaluronic acid from the health food store. Only thing that can heal cartilage.

Some dogs overproduce bile and stomach acid and when too much time elapses between meals or a meal and a snack they will throw up a clear yellowish foamy liquid. This is quite common and it's easily dealt with by feeding your dog a couple of smaller meals a day rather than one large one, and then a couple of cookies as late at night as you can manage them, preferably after midnight.
