I have tried Olay regenerist, ROC and Garnier Nutritionist and currently seen ad for Hydroxatone that contains matrixly 3000, argireline and hyaluronic acid and is there anything you can recommend I use that can help minimize the wrinkles while adding collagen and elasticity to my skin. I am tired of products that offer a lot but delivers nothing. I want a product I can stick to. SO PLEASE what would you recommend I buy and how should I use it.

I have seen that the main ingredient of restylane is Hyaluronic acid, I have found a topical cream that is 75% hyaluronic acid, I know this wont work as well but do you think this is an option or not even worth spending hte money on the cream.

Because you are asking about hyaluronic acid, and because of the recent addition of GAG's to pharmacy shelves, I think it's important to address a few points about the uses of these compounds therapeutically. On the up side, hyaluronic acid is the same from whatever source it is isolated, and it is so common in the body that it can be used as a hypoallergenic surgical material for reconstructing and building up tissues that are lost.
The newest treatment for age spots is an alpha hydroxy acid gel or beta hydroxy acid gel. Retin-A cream, alpha hydroxyacid peels, and liquid nitrogen therapy are other options.

You may want to try eye drops with a higher amounts of hyaluronic acid which acts as a lubricant. Here is an article which has some information on brands that have higher amounts of it.

Hello, I went to the doctor to have a filler injected into the eyes dark circles area, the syringe with the gel (hyaluronic acid) was not new, I know because he took it out of a box but the blister was not sealed, I also saw that the gel in the syringe was not completely full, I saw that he took a needle with a cover from the blister, so I think the needle was new, and he placed it on the tip of the syringe with gel, I am worried that the gel (hyaluronic acid) has been contaminated with the bloo

I'm taking Ameriden Olive Leaf Extract - 6 caps a day, I was instructed to take only this brand. Plus Glucosamine 1500mg 3 X a day and hyaluronic acid (cushions joint) 100mg 3X a day. The very best over-the-counter preparation that I have found is CeraVe Skin Renewing Cream Serum with Retinol and Hyaluronic Acid. This is available at Amazon. I believe that retinoic acid is the active ingredient. It is painless and works practically overnight. This is also much safer than the corticosteroid preparations. Probably any formulation that contains retinoic acid (i.e., Retin-A or other retinols) and hyaluronic acid will work. CeraVe is simply the first brand that I tried.
I stopped using the benzoyl peroxide, but continued with the salicylic acid because I was out of town with no other products. After six days, I stopped using the products entirely. I have been rinsing my face with water and drenching it in Eucerin several times a day. Eucerin is the ONLY product that does not sting. I sometimes use unscented glycerin soap.

But look for something that has hyaluronic acid in it which is a natural chemical our body makes which helps retains moisture by 1000x its weight. So it is super hydrating which will help reduce and prevent wrinkles.

For the dark knuckles, treatment includes various skin creams like hydroquinone, azelaic acid, corticosteroids, tretinoin cream and laser treatment. However these should be used under a medical guidance. Also at night, repair your hands with creams formulated from glycolic acid—a must for improving skin texture and tone. For a more intensive nighttime treatment, apply cream and then cover hands with gloves or socks.
i use cleansing wipe. i carry a little travel pack with me wherever i go. it really has made a great difference. my face doesn't feel as gross as it did.
No IBS. Dairy products don't seem to bother me except the time with the ice cream which seemed to cause chest discomfort. The most strange thing was having shoulder pain after drinking a glass of water. It was like as soon as the water hit my stomach it caused stomach and shoulder pain. Several of these episodes of been during or immediately after eating/drinking. It's driving me crazy as I never experienced anything like this before.
There are several products available in the market containing ingredients like tretinoin, hydroxyquinone, arbutin, kojic acid, azelaic acid, alpha hydroxyl acids, niacinamide etc.; that may be helpful. However, these should be only used after consultation with a dermatologist, especially on the face due to the skin being sensitive than rest of the regions.
