Hello, I went to the doctor to have a filler injected into the eyes dark circles area, the syringe with the gel (hyaluronic acid) was not new, I know because he took it out of a box but the blister was not sealed, I also saw that the gel in the syringe was not completely full, I saw that he took a needle with a cover from the blister, so I think the needle was new, and he placed it on the tip of the syringe with gel, I am worried that the gel (hyaluronic acid) has been contaminated with the bloo

I have tried Olay regenerist, ROC and Garnier Nutritionist and currently seen ad for Hydroxatone that contains matrixly 3000, argireline and hyaluronic acid and is there anything you can recommend I use that can help minimize the wrinkles while adding collagen and elasticity to my skin. This has been treated with ultrasound, condroitin sulphate pills for three months, anti-inflammatory drugs on and off, and an insole. The pain when I walk is still there and at times intense. I have two questions:
1. Several physicians have propose hyaluronic acid or cortisone injections. Which is recommended?

I suggest you to get it examined from your doctor who has done the juvederm treatment. The other condition to be ruled out is formation of granulomas after the juvederm treatment. This indicates a reaction of the immune system to the gel.

I had Juvederm injections done under my eyes and in my laugh lines 9 months ago. The filler under my eye were too swollen and the doctor removed some of it but she did an uneven job and 9 months later, I still have lumps under my eyes and lumpiness under my laugh lines. Can Hyaluroidase still dissolve the product 9 months later? Will Hyaluroidase melt away natural fat/tissue or just the product? Also, some days the swelling/lumps are much more dramatic than other days.

I developed Trigeminal Neuralgia 3 weeks after my first botox treatmemt (forehead, crowsfeet and frown lines) and 5 days after juvederm put into nasolabial folds, chin and lower cheek. Is it possible these treatments could have caused the TN? I have it on both sides and it is an aching pain. Started in one jaw then moved to all teeth, then a few weeks later into sinuses, and head bones, and now pain is in eye area and my entire face and head.
Not much a doctor can do - x rays - no treatment except pain meds. You might try getting some MSM and Hyaluronic acid from the health food store. Only thing that can heal cartilage.
