I have read information that says that over the counter probiotics are not going to work due to shelf life and manufacturing times. It said that I will not get the benefit by buying them this way. I was informed that purchasing them from a health food store or natural food store that are refrigerated. Is this true? Can you advise me of which probiotic to purchase that would do the most benefit to my gut? I have chrons disease and colitis and IBS.
When I'm out I feel like I'm shaking but my husband says I'm not. I do have constipation but not when this happens. I could have this 2 to 3 times a year or a few years could go by. Whenever, this is very scary and it drains me the rest of the day. What can be done?
I also have had Pneumonia once before that took a while to clear and now seem to have some sort of sinus/mucus problem and occasionally experience a slight shortness of breath, again these may not be related and some may be down to the fact i am not in the best shape I could be in but I do not drink or smoke etc. I do think the bottom line is seeing my Doctor in the vain hope whoever I see will show some kind of interest and point me in the right direction so a diagnosis can be reached.
Sometimes I question whether or not I have something else because it's really bad and it feels like I have a sudden burning rush of nails/needles stabbing my skin and I can't even move but only twitch. It's like this on a daily basis with my skin, whenever my body temperatue goes up. I feel like my body's thermostat is broken and I'm constantly overheating. I've been taking Claritin and benadryl but that doesn't seem to help at all.
