Yeah I've got two muscles or ligaments that run vertically either side of my belly and they are so painful to touch, even light pressure is quite painful, so when the technician pushed on those bits I kept jumping and yelling! She just learned to avoid them lol. It doesn't damage or hurt baby though, just yourself.

The cryo ablation worked well. It took about two months for the pain to go away. No complications.
It is not a bad proceedure at all, recovery can be strange at times as everything sorts itself out but nothing to worry about if you're having it done.
Two days, Friday the 13th... I rolled my ankle on another players foot playing basketball and severely injured my ankle. When the injury occurred, my foot rolled in and under my body and I heard and felt a 2 or 3 cracks and pops on the outside part of my ankle. Severe swelling and bruising began late last night just above my ankle and on my ankle down my foot. I do have pictures I've taken but don't know how to post them here. Is my only option to go to an orthopedic?
I twisted my ankle and one doctor says I've torn some ligaments, another one says it's a simple ankle sprain. One suggests I use a hard cast or a walking boot, another says I'm to keep off weight bearing on that foot and use crutches. I'm not sure who to trust and what treatment plan to follow. Any light you can throw on this foot would be appreciated.
PS: I recently fractured the 5th metatarsal on my other (right) foot. Just mentioning it in case it's relevant in any way.

A few days after the specialists office i started getting this pain in my foot again. This time it started right where my foot and ankle meet about an inch in from outer ankle bone. Sometimes when i get up to walk on it, it's a very sharp pain that radiates through the rest of my foot, sometimes even into my calf.
I am 23 years old and have asked in my age group to talk with someone else whos baby has been diagnosed with club foot, but no luck. Just wondering if anyone here is going through what I am?

weeks They check the spine, heart, kidney, bladder, take measurement of babys size such as skull and I think they do crown to heel measurements rather than crown to rump. Also check foot for Club foot and measure femur bone. They do do a lot of checking but dont worry its precautionary for the most part. Theu do watch the heart beat and examine of course to make sure all os developing correctly. Its actually neat to see the babys spine and heart etc. good luck!
ve found heel cups work well for the heel spurs but is there another insert that would help with bone spurs on the outside area of the foot? Will surgery remove them indefinitely or can they return?
I am now having issues with part of the bottom of my foot, including the ball of my foot and all my toes except the last three. When I move my foot, it feels like it has been asleep with the tingling, like pins and needles, and I cant go without shoes on that foot, I cant wear sandals, and when I do try to go without shoes on, the heal of my foot feels like the bone is going thru my foot. When I relax of an evening, my foot has like muscle spasms.
Tried some slow pace walking today on the treadmill and the outside of my ankle /bottom heel area of my foot started tingling. Wondering if this is normal for a sprain. I tried looking for enough but could not find munch on outside of the ankle tingling all was about the inside of the ankle.
