I have had brown spots only on my penis and shaft since i can remember, but i did notice they started spreading. They the appearance of birthmarks but I got concerned when after spreading from top of penis to other areas of the shaft. They do not hurt and I cannot feel any difference from normal parts of the skin. They vary sizes from very small size salt grain to the size of a small aspirin. Some other information, they were already present when I first had intercourse. My age is 23.
I've been to about two different dermatologist because of my acne, for some reason they become VERY swollen and red. I had to change my doctor, because the first treatment I had a bad reaction to the pills he prescribed.
My second dermatologist just prescribed me clindoxyl gel. I've been using it for about more than a year now. I should have stopped by after 3 months into the treatment, however I couldn't, and now I feel silly going into his office after all this time lost.
To get rid of pimples, apply some drops of essential oil with the help of cotton directly on your pimples. Then, apply a moisturizer if you want. Repeat the process one to two times a day.
But I am thinking this might be an allergic reaction to something else, maybe the sunscreen, the sun, heat? In the past it takes two weeks for these bumps to stop forming, mostly because it keeps spreading and the bumps are very close together. It starts to heal as soon as new ones start, but never in the same place it originated from, usually spread up my body or down it, but never beyond my chest.

The rash started with 2 bumps on the left side of my face and started spreading down. It looks as if I have cystic acne but I’m sure it’s not acne, I never had acne in my teen years. And this sort of developed after going to Sephora and letting a makeup artist try on a foundation on my face. I had never had this type of issue though? Could it had been the make up I tryed on ? I feel as if it’s getting pretty bad, even my lymph nodes are swollen on the left side under my ear/ neck.

They also had a scale like skin around them. Ingrown hairs? Now 2 years later, they seem to be spreading around the front of my stomach. Yet they never go away and itch like crazy! Aagain, if this were a form of herpes wouldn't they go away at some point??

Thank you for your reply the the spots have seem to have slowed down spreading although some have appeared on the other side of my face they seem to be very blotchy i have been putting an antiseptic cream on them for a couple of days which seems to have some affect and seems to stop them itching some of the older spots are starting to get red patches around the center this could just be a common case of acne but i have not experienced it before so am unsure.
Within the last 3 months I has covered the bottom of my chin and is coming up on my cheek and spreading slowing down to my neck, I fear. It looks like ***** blistering pimples, my face is hot and red around the areas where the ***** pimples like thing are. After about a day or two day the puss turns yellowish and starts to dry out. The reddness and bumpyness is still there. I've went to a derm. and they gave me oral steroid for 6 days. It seems to work then it would come back.
I stopped taking the medication and one week later (during my cycle when I usually have mild acne) - I have the worst acne in my life!!! It has to be from the phentermine. I'm going to be seeking out other ways to continue weight loss.
Trying to get into a dermetologist because this acne seems to just keep spreading and doesn't seem to be going away.
well i didnt consider id have a bad reaction to them so when i broke out with acne and then a rash around my mouth i thought it was due just to dry skin. i was wrong. i guess i had an allergic reaction i started them on a wednesday and thursday is when i broke out. my face is the only place that has gotten bad ive been using tea tree oil and its been healing all the acne and even some scarring but the rash is there. its like a lightish red patch. its just dry.
I have had problems from impetigo to oozing sores on my forehead. Dermatologist I have been seeing ( I switched to a new dermatologist thinking there would be a difference) have given me several facial washes and ointments. This has given me more relief for the seb derm that covered all my t-zone and nose to small little manageable patches. However, the acne flares up on its own and takes forever to heal. I stay hydrated and take very good care of my skin.
But if the sores last for more than 3 wks or start spreading then please consult a dermatologist. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. I am now breaking out on my forehead (lots of smaller, red bumps) and now my lower acne (usually restricted to my chin is spreading more along my jawline). I have even stopped picking at my acne (used to be a bad habit) and am super cautious about my hair and hands touch my face. I even work out a lot more too-cardio and weights. In the past I've tried proactiv and prescription creams and they have not worked.

I'm 16 years old now, and for the past year or so, I've had some acne problems around my nose.
Severe redness, small white pimples ..
Previously, it had only occurred on the sides of my nose. Now, it's kind've spreading over my nose and normal acne on my forehead is appearing.
Lifestyle changes include .. Stopping regular swimming squads, lack of sleep from previous 7 hours to 5/6 hours, big increase in appetite ..
I think your dermatologist's assessment makes sense. The face doesn't often keloid. Stopping your acne is the best way to stop getting more scars. I don't know about these horror stories, but if you consider laser surgery at all, it won't be till at least 6 months after you complete the course.

When will it go away?.....I'm 9w+3d and it is horrible, I don't know what to do. I wash my face every day and I started using a facial mask but nothing.
