I had a 2 level lumbar fusion on 1/15/08, i've been on vicodin 10/500 since then, i took 2-3 per day. Last week i started 5/325 vicodin 1 everyday. I walk 1 mile everyday and my back is stronger,my pain level is probably 2-3 now. I decided i didn't need the vicodin, i would only take it if I had to. Well, I stopped on saturday and by monday i had palpitations, chest pain, nausea,I thought i was having a heart attack.

m Cuban I speak Spanish and English he loves the fact I know both and wants the baby to learn Spanish he has started to learn Spanish so the baby first language can be Spanish. My little princess is one energetic little person, especially at night. I'm only 20wks but she's measuring a few days in advance. Anywho, I've started talking more to my tummy. I tell her good morning and just have little conversations with her lol. I try to wiggle my tummy sometimes to see where she is.

i really think perhaps you could see a dr about tapering off, i went cold turkey ,but from a lower dose, we cant tell you exactly how to taper, cause everyone is different, you could go to NA they can help you , especially in staying off, and give good advice, i really hope you get the help you need , i expect some more folks on here will give you some help, take care, best wishes sudie

to a friend when they are talking like she has to do when speaking in English to me. They speak Spanish to one another because it is easier for them. Unless life thinks they don't like him for some reason, I'd not assume they are trying to make him uncomfortable but instead are trying to be more comfy themselves.

I was thinking the same thing with my baby.

I am taking tramadol and vicodin for shoulder pain, I'm having surgery in about 3 weeks. See the ortho doc on Monday and have told them I want to get it over with as soon as possible so I can get off the pills. I want to taper off and do it before surgery, I'm scared of going thru wds when I'm recovering. Guess I'll need to recover from 2 separate issues. I'd rather feel pain than continue on like this.
