Really just give yourself permission to feel and be yourself, let your feelings flow instead of repressing them. (job, financial, family, health, etc.) But our goal has to be at every moment to make sure the impact on our bodies is minimized. What helped me was when I got to where I could "feel" the stress and its direct effects on my body. I could feel the tension in it. (in my neck and shoulders mostly) I could feel the adrenaline surges (shaking, fast heartbeat).
Avatar m tn The only thing that I have found to reduce fatigue is moderate exercise. Obviously you don't want to overdo it. If you exercise excessively, that will increase your fatigue. But I find that 10 - 20 minutes of moderate cardio (such as walking, running, stationery bike or elliptical) followed by 5 minutes of stretches and 10 minutes of mild weight training works well. For some reason, the weight work is more easily tolerable than the cardio.
