Avatar m tn Went through physiotherapy but joints flexibility does not improve no matter how much i stretched. Wrists hurt after stretching for a few hours up to 2 days. Wrist hurts if i spend long hours using computer sometimes it hurts even when im not doing anything. I seem to have tendonitis in my wrist too. I'm not sure whether the pain in my wrist and the flexibility issues are related.

Avatar m tn I have also had injections of Kenalog. Nothing I have done seems to improve my flexibility or the soreness. I know there is minimal arthritis behind the knee cap which may be some of the contributing factors. I am feeling a bit frustrated that I am not progressing any faster and thinking I may need another MRI to see if there is another tear maybe? What is the normal healing time for this kind of injury and what more could I do?

I find myself starring at the screen more than doing the movements because I cannot get into the positions they are doing. I am working on strengthening my glutes and hip abductors. Strangely enough ice seems to make it immediately worse. So my cardio has to stop if I am going to keep my job. Avatar m tn I went to a doctor and was told it is not Sciatica, and that it is a muscle issue and that stretching therapy to improve my flexibility in my hamstrings, and strengthin my core will help rectify the problem. They also said that poor posture for the 47 years of my life is a contributing factor. Can anybody shed some light on this and some possible remedies?

Walking and streatchign really dont help, just sitting in ftiff chairs and laying on beds, the flat floor gave me relief before surgery but not now.

Also, if your accident was fairly recent, you need to rest a lot, so not being able to get out of bed is your body trying to tell you something. You also need to be on some sort of medicine, either pain killers or antispasmodics, to help control the discomfort you are experiencing in your back, since the shots are not enough.

There is a little wiggle room, but mostly they like to keep things on schedule since it's easier to schedule patients consistent on a particular day rather than randomly. You could do chemo on Thursdays as an alternative. I did mine on Thursday afternoons so I had more than plenty of time to "bounce" back by Monday. Hopefully you'll have as good a time with the chemo as I did...

In November 2019, I got severe abdominal pain and my appendix was removed as a precaution - but was not inflamed. Before my surgery, they said I had two hernias - but this was never mentioned again. The next day, I had severe rectal bleeding when I had a bowel movement.

I've read countless posts from women who added wheatgrass, and their FSH's all dropped several points! I am taking it now but haven't had my FSH rechecked yet. Will keep everyone posted. (although my FSH is astronomically high, so not sure how much difference it can make!

Avatar n tn I was trying to figure out how much of the problem was ADHD related, and how much was related to improper medication. Because, treating the reading problem may not be treating the cause of the reading problem. I still really don't have much of a feeling for what is going on with her medication wise. Its very difficult for a child with ADHD to concentrate when the meds have wore off. If it is highly entertaining, they can really focus in, but otherwise its very difficult.
