I made this tea.
Go to the health food store and
get Chamomile, slippery elm, and marshmallow root. Boil 4 cups water. Take big pinch of Chamomile, smaller pinch of marshmallow and smaller slippery elm. Boil water, take off heat and steep. Cool this down. This will help eat bananas, apples, oatmeal, broccoli, potatoes boiled, carrots. This all will help. make sure they are steamed. Eat fish later only.
