Although I think Im way too driven and neurotic about most things, I kinda think I should have been born in the 40s or 50s, at least when it comes to things like smoking. Right now, Im attempting to "quit or cut back" on my three to three to four pack a day cigarette habit, mainly because its causing me alot of grief at work; but not really because I have some overwhelming desire to quit.

I stopped birth control in the middle of my pack in March...I had a withdrawal bleed four days later and four weeks later I finally got my period, it's now September and my periods are starting to get normal again now, all of this is to tell you my experience after birth control, and to let you know it may take a while for your body to get back in sync with itself.

I had my six months test last week - well, actually about three weeks early so I could take advantage of haing met insurance deductibles - and the news is....still UND. All other bloodwork is fine as well...hemoglobin, thyroid, liver function. All is good. Once again, a big thank you to everyone on this Forum! I sing your praises all the time when I share my story. Zi honestly could not have climbed that mountain without all of your help and support to help me to the top.

I have a six pack and you can see the beating at the two pack.I thought it was caused due to gyming but I havent gymed for the past three months and its still the same.At night when I go to bed I cannot sleep on my tummy cause its very difficult to breath.I also have to breath in and out fast and if I breath slow it feels like im getting suffocated.Please help me with my problem.

Hi Everyone, I have been trying these for months and months but it doesn’t help me anymore. I am talking about six pack abs that I am trying to get. I joined a gym for this and the trainer told me that I would get them…but NOOOO!! That did not help me and later on I have tried a few tips that I have been suggested by my friends but that also was of no use (the whole thing helped the abs a little…but not as I wanted).

Six months ago today I decided to take my life back! It wasn't easy but it is so worth it! Just one day at a time. Im gonna keep fighting the good fight! Thanks everyone for your support!

that can effect your period. but to completely miss it for 6 months is not normal, you may want to look to a fertility specialist.

I remember seeing a post a while back that had. the number of weeks converted to months cz I need help since I don't count by months, wen ppl ask me how many months I am I'm always unshure. I'm 18weeks. Does anybody have that lil chart by chance?

If I got pregnant from an encounter in mid April would a pregnancy test show up positive at this point it has been almost four months and I have had regular periods every month and negative first response urine tests (I took two yesterday at different times in the day they were both negative) but I have read online about women saying their tests weren't positive until like six months along and now I am scared

You probably should talk to a doctor to find out why your periods are irregular, that can play a lot into what you need to do to conceive. I am 22 so not much older than you, and have been diagnosed with PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) for at leat 2 years. Just run down to the store and get a six pack or 12 pack. One of my drs. told me that it is possible to have an addiction gene. Wouldn't it be great if we could just have that gene removed? Are you being followed by a Neurologist who Specializes in MS? Yes you could have a MRI with contrast six months out. Also it needs to be MS protocol not just with contrast.

Sorry, I don't know about cloth but I heard that lilypadz is a good reusable brand from several ladies I worked with who pumped at work. I think you can get them at Target. I personally used the target disposable brand because I received a big box as a shower gift. They worked fine for me & I never needed to use the adhesive strip but I also wasn't able to bf for more than a few months due to jaundice & low milk. I tried all I could to bf but it just didn't work out.
