It happens sometimes once a week, occasionally more than once a day, and sometimes I don't experience it for weeks. I have only ever noticed the pain when I am at work, or out doing errands, which I guess could mean it happens when I am relatively active. Other factors: I smoke, about a half a pack a day.

Avatar m tn Suggest he do some reading,researching or speak to a trainer (you could offer to pay for him to go to one session with a trainer to get a routine worked out that is safe and effective) - - - and then butt out. Kids do all sorts of weird things - he won't hurt himself as long as he is healthy. You can lead a horse to water....
Avatar m tn currently 190 pounds with right around 9% body fat any idea why my abs arent seen at all when i flex them they are very hard i work them out three times a week always giving them at leats 48 hours to heal and i run 2-4 miles a day i have a pretty normal i dont drink pop or alcohol and i rarely eat over 2500 calories a day and i can not figure out why i cant seem to get abs. please any advice will help, thank you.

Just really need that morning cigarette, I guess I'm just gonna try to completely quit once and for all.
