Instead I find myself hoping that one day, I may be able to manage to get my smoking down to only two packs a day or so, so that I will not find myself absolutely obsessed with needing to smoke another cigarette while at work. But for now, I havent found that strength, and instead I find that I keep giving in to my delightful addiction, and find myself needing to open that third pack of cigarettes every day, and feeling guilty that I might have been born in the wrong time.

That is why during the begininning stages it is good to have a nice place to rest. Movies, books and a comfy spot will help you emensely in the first week. I just read a quote on Facebook. It says... SMILE. Let everyone know that today, you're a lot stronger than yesterday. Of course it's speaking to me but I'm not quite sure how true the stronger part is. Rollercoaster is right. Yesterday something took me over and I had a very productive work morning. Then my body crashed but still no sleep. So I sat outside in the sun. Took a walk around the block. I can't seem to concentrate on anything for more than a minute.

I was told to try Sam-E. It took about a week to kick in but it did work. Try to stay busy and get outside as much as you can. The fresh air and sunshine works wonders.Day 6 is awesome. Hang in there and God Bless you.

went from a pack a day to one a day...not even smoking a whole one...morning sickness kicking my butt...cigs making nauseous!

I've been smoking for about six years. A pack lasts me 2-3 days. I can go a day without smoking no problem. Why can't I stop then? Am I truly addicted or is it just in my head?

Just run down to the store and get a six pack or 12 pack. One of my drs. told me that it is possible to have an addiction gene. Wouldn't it be great if we could just have that gene removed? You probably should talk to a doctor to find out why your periods are irregular, that can play a lot into what you need to do to conceive. I am 22 so not much older than you, and have been diagnosed with PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) for at leat 2 years. Some relaxing music is always helpful, and a picture of a loved one or a special trip to focus on during contractions, something to hold onto like a small rubber ball so you don't break your coaches hand!

Hi Everyone, I have been trying these for months and months but it doesn’t help me anymore. I am talking about six pack abs that I am trying to get. I joined a gym for this and the trainer told me that I would get them…but NOOOO!! That did not help me and later on I have tried a few tips that I have been suggested by my friends but that also was of no use (the whole thing helped the abs a little…but not as I wanted).

Thanks. I work at the hospital that i had it done at and called the lab one day to ask them. They said it's a send out to Nevada (we are in Texas) and takes as least 3-4 days. That's just for o bands the rest of it is done in house same day.

Today was injection day - Week 39. When I went to refill my pill container, I discovered I missed two AM doses, six pills. Will this compromise my treatment? I was told to cut my dose of lexapro to every other day for for a week and then totally off for one week before starting the savella. I didn't have any trouble yet stopping the Lexapro. I start the savella on Monday. Stay in touch!
