Sounds like all the supplements I'm taking in the morning isnt doing me any good as far as absorption. good to know. thanks I did take 1 tablesppon of flaxseed oil before leaving to work and didnt plan to eat or take my morning riba till I got to work. While driving to work within 15 min's I felt the effects of the riba from last nite kick in again. Mind you I only had the flax in my system. So fat does play a big part.
can you please give me an advice how much to take of those capsules?
You eye doctor is certainly entitled to their opinion. In my paractice I use fish oil. Please use the search feature and eye topics and archives to read the extensive posts on dry eye treatment.
I tried to take fish oil but it upset my stomach too much. I have noticed that Co-enzyme Q10 and magnesium have helped my palps. I still get them but not as often.
Now I am working on convincing him to take 2,000 units a day!!!! So how many units are you on? Take care Kathy., Thinking of you.
I know your period is the lining in your uterus which the mirena keeps it thin so obviously keeps mine to nothing since i dont bleed. I am really concerned now as to how long it is going to take me to concieve. I had a friend who got hers pulled out and got pregnant the next day. Now I really wonder when I should get it taken out. Now or when hes here so we can have sex right away.
It will only make it worse. Go slowly and do not push your neck to hard. It needs time to heal. Another thing to to watch is your posture and try to keep your head in a good position. Not forward. Many people do not even realize that their head is pushed out to far. Try to think of where your head is especially if you are hurting. Good luck.
For several years before I had the baby I was a size 4-6, I even got up to almost 140 which was too much for me, so I tried to lose weight & took diet pills to go on a cruise & got back into a 2-4. Then I got pregnant before I even got on the ship (I was 119 lbs when I got pregnant & was comfortable @ that weight).
It seems that everyday I wake up in pain which seems to be getting worse and worse (today was out of control) until I go to the bathroom. Problem is, I'm in so much pain I can hardly get out of bed to get to the toilet, much less sit down and go. It usually goes away shortly after that, but waking up to unbelievable amounts of pain that seem to be getting increasingly worse is not how I like to start my day! Then there's the day to day pain that comes and goes.
I just saw tarajanes mentioning to take B6 all cycle...

I have pretty much spent the last years of my life not talking to people other than family. School has been very tough but I’m proud of myself for hanging in there. Nothing helped- I have tried it all- Threelac, Therabreath, Tri oral, Cholorphyll, etc You name it – I have tried it. My room is like a mini pharmacy. I have been treated for acid reflux, hpylori, and nothing helped.
I'm quite sure it was doing something real healthy for me......I think. I was also doing coconut oil and flaxseed. After the cancer diagnosis, I quit doing all of that although I still take my multivitamin, and eat a lot of Kashi stuff. No reason in particular, it was just one more thing I had to remember to do and I just couldn't. I'll get better after I can remember what my name is again (did someone say chicken????), and start trying to be healthy again.
Oz ultimate breakfast smoothie. It's a whey protien shake with fruit, flaxseed, chia seeds, fish oil, and wheat germ. I replaced two meals with it. It keeps me very full and I have no food cravings. I've been doing this for a week now and I can already tell a difference. This is the easiest diet I've tried yet. I'm not sure of the results as it is very new to me. You're suppose to lose 8 pounds a week, this includes cutting down dinner portions.
Currently I am treating it with lemon juice, meladerm (because it has no hydroquonine in it) and flaxeed oil. I know getting the chemical burn to completely fade will take time, but currently my only concern is whether or not I am making any progress. I know it is not getting any worse. The hyperpigmentation was very severe and I have had this mark on my face for over 7 months now.
This is also just a basic list, as many of us take much, much more..I would look into professional advice, such as Misha Cohen.. A memeber here had wonderful success under her guidance, and I beleieve she lists a network of herbal Dr's she closely works with. Run a google on her name, and check out her website. But the vitamins I was taking above are good places to start.
But I stopped that after a time and don't seem to miss it. I continue to also take flaxseed oil capsules, 1000 mg twice a day and I eat macadamia nuts, both sources of the omega fatty acids good for mood and inflammation. Sometimes, I feel like I'm going a little crazy and have to walk about to try to get the endorphines going. I still get migraines, but not usually as severe as when I had my uterus and was having periods.
In October I have to have a chest xray. I'm trying not to think about it. I need to get used to this. There will be checks and checkups and more checks for a long time. My hair is FINALLY coming in. I had a buzz cut yesterday to try to even it out. That stuff they gave me must have been awfully strong for it to take this long. (It was May when I had the chemo) My hairdresser is really into alternative healing.
I'm off tx now and hepatologist said flaxseed will help hair regrow faster, not to mention the omega oil benefits. Buy the whole flaxseed and grind them up in smoothies. Start with a tablespoon and increase as your body becomes accustommed to the laxative effect.
I'm not sure how to start and continue on an exercise plan to get fit. I had a c-section about 6 weeks ago and I really want to start on some type of exercising to lose about 40lbs and stay fit. I'm 5'9 wt 200lbs. my height hides most of my weight but I feel miserable being overweight with a big tummy, thigh and hips. ........When I stopped smoking my weight jumped from 150lb to 186lb in less than a year and then 20 more after my 6mo pregnancy. I have never had a problem with weight until now.
I've found lots of sites that sell the pregnyl, I am just worried I wont know how to mix it or how much to take. Looks like the oral hcg isnt going to be an option, I cant find it anywhere (except the Releana but I dont live in California). Anyway thanks again...any tips on how to mix/inject would be appreciated.
Thanks I can do avocado and how much salmon do i need to eat to intake 23 gms? Do you know the calories?
I am sick and tired of being all consumed as to how many I have, where I am going to find more when I run out, etc. I had to cancel a trip to see my first grandchild and that is just pathetic..
I will be so relieved if I am in more ways than one but I will also be relieved not to have to take clomid anymore. I hope I'm not discouraging you but clomid made my body feel many things.
Bee Pollen gives you energy and so does flaxseed oil, and flaxseed contains the single largest source of omega-3 which we used to get from meet before all of the processing and it helps with pain. Ginger is also a good sourse all of these boost your immune system also. ANYWAY, you get me those are the best! I went to GNC and Walmart has many of those in the pharmacy department.
The good news, though, is that when you quit smoking, your risk of heart disease drops dramatically within just one year. And no matter how long or how much you smoked, you'll start reaping rewards as soon as you quit. Smokeless tobacco and low-tar and low-nicotine cigarettes also are risky, as is exposure to secondhand smoke. Tobacco smoke contains more than 4,800 chemicals.
I also find it's difficult to say the least to get doctors to take anything seriously. A few reasons why I don't trust my doctors...my primary care phys chuckled when he saw all the pvc's on my ekg...my (male) cardiologist told me there is no link between palps and hormones (which I KNOW is not true)...10 years I was told I had sensitive skin before I was diagnosed finally with fibromyalgia...
Hi indi1664, thank you so much for responding to my email! It helps so much to know that other people have gone through what I am going through. This is a HUGE life-changing experience and I don't know that I will ever be the same again. However, it is slowly getting better....I guess I just need to hang in there. I hope you're right, that once I get prescription glasses things should be better. Hopefully these headaches I've been having every day will go away then. Thank you again!
