No fast food, no coffee (that one was hard), and no soda

I must say that by the 4th day I was feeling much better with no dizzyness etc...
To test myself further, the last 2 days i have added the coffee, soda, fast food, and lack of sleep back to my routine and everything came raging back. If you look at the post in this forum we are all in our late 20's to 40.
