What is benzodiazepine & how long does it stay in your bloodstream? I had a UA done today to have my pain meds changed & they said I had a benzo...in my system. I havent taken anything in the past 2 1/2 weeks except my usually prescribed meds, but I had surgery 2 1/2 weeks ago & was in for 5 days & given A LOT of meds(9 pages of meds!), including temazepam & I think diazepam.

It is true that the antibodies in the bloodstream contained unevenly? For example, if my doctor removes a sample of blood, so the amount of antibodies in the first blood sample will be different than the next blood sample? For example, the first blood sample is positive, but the other negative? If not, why not?

t have any withdrawals from your Vicodin. As Jaybay said you will need your Vicodin at the start while it is getting into your system. You will want to keep your Vicodin on hand for BT pain but you shouldn't need the number of pills that you were taking before once they get your dose correct on the Fentanyl. Usually the first dose of Fentanyl that they start you on isn't the one that you actually need. They will work you up slowly so that your system gets used to the strong medication.

Following wisdom teeth extraction I was given vicodin. I liked the way it made me feel and how it made dealing with everday problems seem easier. I've been taking about 10mgs a day (all at night) and 100mgs of tramadol during the day for about 6 months now. Can you tell me a little more about your Sub use? How long did you use, how many mgs were you on, how many mgs were you on when you jumped off? If you're on Day 4 without feeling any ill effects you may be one of the lucky folks who won't experience the Sub WD's. I'm well aware Subs have a very long half-life (similar to Methadone) but you're already on Day 4 so hopefully you'll skip all of the nastiness.
