activella

778736 tn?1235756590 I was put on a hormone replacement because I was suffering about 3 months ago (Activella) which saved me. Since January I work out 3/4 times a week, practically a vegan with an occasional chicken or fish. Now it's 2 months into this and I again teater on 138-142. What is going on????? I'm doing everything right but not loosing that extra 10 lbs that I don't want.
Avatar f tn Can anyone tell me how long it takes for HRT to start working? I have been taking estradiol and norethindrone acetate for almost two weeks and so far I don't feel very much better. It has helped the hot flashes somewhat but the other symptoms are about the same. Isn't it supposed to help with sleep. This is so miserable. I still cry everyday and the shaking is still bad. This menopause is the worst. I wish I could have been one of those who breezed through it.
Avatar m tn My 18 year old daughter spent the last 4 months weening off Pristiq and now feel she really needs something for depression and anxiety. So my question, how long to start feeling the effects of Zoloft? She is starting at 50 mg for a week then moving up to 100mg. Any information would be helpful.. I realize everyone is different, but would like to know some experiences.
Avatar f tn If you are planning on working after you have the baby, it is good to work for as long as possible before the baby comes. here's why--- that time you take off counts toward your short term disability and the family medical leave. There are maximum days associated with both of those and you'd be using them to have the baby early. I worked until close to my due date with my first taking a few vacation days.

Avatar f tn It sounds like the both of you have kinda let his mother do all the work. That is understandable. It is not to late for you to get involved, but you have to make an effort to do so. Avatar f tn Just need to vent this morning. I am sitting at my desk at work and I can't believe how numb I am yet again. It is so distracting along with the other symptoms I have daily. I have been poking myself with the end of a paper clip. I can't feel my arms face and scalp. I can't distiguish if it is a pick or a soft poke on most areas I am checking. I am waiting for another neuro appt in a few months. I saw an MS specialist a month ago and said NO to MS "TODAY".
Avatar f tn I worked 40+ hrs a wk from when my daughter was 5 wks old and on, she is now 5. She is definitely a mommy's girl. It's ok to work full time as long as the time you spend with your little one is quality time. She is always my lil helper with anything i do, so that makes us closer and shows her responsibility.
