I haven't heard of accutane so I don't know, sorry. Tetralysal is a brand of tetracycline, I just realised that minocycline is the most severe of the tetracycline brand. Is there any way you could try a different type under the tetracycline brand or have you already? I don't mean to pry here but why did you come off the pill and what type was it? Like I said i don't mean to pry, I'm just trying to get the full picture.
