Everyone is different, but for me, the withdrawal symptoms lasted about a week, and peaked in intensity about days 3 and 4! How much phentermine is too much? I took 8 (37.5) today all spaced out about 2 per 6 hours. I can't sleep and I am really thirsty but that seems to be about it. I just don't want to overdose.
I could not find anywhere a half life indication for it. However, if you have not been on it long, there should be no withdrawal effects. It is like adderall ( a stimulant) and should be out of your system fairly quickly. Of course, it does depend if you took the extended release version or not. Essentially, if you look at the label, the time it gives between doses plus half again should be a pretty good indicator that most of it is out of your system.
If taken long enough, it has classic amphetamine withdrawal, mostly fatigue, depression and craving for the drug. How long where you taking it?
