How long does oxycodone withdrawal last

Common Questions and Answers about How long does oxycodone withdrawal last

oxycontin

Taking 10 30mg per day for 2 months, 6-7 30mg for two months, prior to that using 5-10 Norco 10/325 for 18 months. Can anyone estimate how long the major withdrawals will last if I go cold turkey? I am so terrified but have GOT to do this now. I have Clonodine, Clonazepam, Ambien, Neurontin and Lyrica to help me through. I am scared I will die. I've heard anywhere from 5days of hell to a whole month. Can anyone who's been on a similar dose help me with an estimate? grateful to hear from anyone.

(does anybody know how long they last? was he correct?) i told him its been over 2 weeks.. he said it's not withdraws mabe i have anxiety problems? he told me to check on how long the withdrawls last cuz he might be wrong on that. does anybody know how long withdrawls will last? is he right about the anxiety, if he is what do i do for that?
I am scared of withdrawls. I have put in a call to my doctor, asking for help with a plan on how to come off of the medication. I am waiting for him to call back. I have stretched my doses out farther and fewer between. I have begun getting these muscle "streatching" feeling need and some type of shock like feeling in my insides. I don't know if that is normal.
am I drawing this out by taking the half tablet? How long is this going to last? Im so diassapointed that one year after surgery, which was supposed to fix everything, here I am. Thank you for any input or advice.
That depends on how long you used for i belive.Usualy for me,and believe me i can take enuff to kill a person, but at the same time just a few does the trick. But day 5 is key, that's when u want to eat, normal bowel movements.Sleep starts coming back. I use trazedone to help sleep,Anxiety isn't too bad.Read up on PAWS tho so u know what to expect,it can come back down the road,it is the price we pay. But don't fear support is right here.Nutrition plays a big part.GOOD food.
How long will withdrawls last. Got hooked following total bi-lateral knee replacements in 2010. Stopped completely for about 2 months. Then started again. No more physical pain, it is strictly mental but I want to stop . Any suggestions or advice. Have to do it on my own, no insurance.
First, can someone point to a reliable web site where they list the symptoms? Second, how long I can expect this general lousy feeling last? And last, how long will it take to get back to a feeling where I want to do more than just lay around all day? Thank you all in advance for answering my questions.
Things are better, thanks. More balance and perspective. And some more clarity about how this is my last chance -- do or die -- for a wife and baby I'm absolutely nuts for, a perfect marriage, a great place to live, my very own survival. So let's see: To preserve all that, can I endure some really tough few weeks ahead? I'm still not entirely sure of the answer, but I think I'm getting more of a handle on it. I'm a slow learner. Obviously.
I want to quit and so does she because we have 2 kids that we don't want to see us doing this and plus we want to have a normal life free from this crazy hustle of pills all day long! If we quit cold turkey from 60mg each how bad would the withdrawals be? Also how long will they last? I also suffer from severe panick attacks and anxiety and I take xanax for that and have never abused the xanax. We are very scared we will get too sick and have to go to the hospital?
Well,we all know how that goes. Soon i was taking 8 pills a day and started to get really concerned about my health. I have a amazing girl friend and 1 year old daughter that are my whole life and they deserve so much more than this. So i made a huge mistake. I asked the doc to change my meds to Oycondone with out tylenol. I knew what I wanted and get gave it to me. To be honest i was taking Roxys as well for the past 2 years. Snorting only.

Hello there people, i recently was prescribed 30 20MG oxycodone pills and i consumed only 8 of them if im correct, a few days later i got another bottle with the same exact amount and this time i did comsume all of them with in a 7 to 10 day period maybe a little less i can't recall anyway...
NOT TRUE!! The withdrawals were not as bad as long as I took Oxycodone, but I was still going through them. Now today is day two of NOTHING. I am losing my mind. I can't hardly sleep, can't keep still, feel jittery, night sweats, runny nose, excessive sneezing, and major anxiety has set in. I'm not sure I am doing the right thing, due to my diagnosis.
what's ahead for me? Am I over the bad part, or is there a lot more bad stuff to come? How long does the withdrawal effects last? Physically? Mentally? Surely there are many of you in a very similar limited-first-time-with-oxycodone-for-surgery situation who can give advice. Thanks for any info and help.
