Avatar f tn You should start to feel better within 2 to 3 days. It may take up to 4 weeks for pantoprazole to work properly so you may still have some symptoms during this time.

Avatar f tn It takes 4-6 weeks for a med change to reach full potential in your blood, then after that, it can take another few weeks or even a couple months for your body to get well. While I don't condone sassiness and talking teenagers talking back to their parents, ask your mom to be patient and understand that the thyroid controls quite a few body processes, so without it, your entire body has to readjust and get used to the medication.
Avatar f tn It takes 30 days to clear your system but if u work out n sweat it out a lot it takes only a few days
229538 tn?1300377767 I really think that as a recovering addict I will always have those dark periods, after all I was an addict for 24 years, and it is going to take some time to get back to normal. You did well by coming back online to express your thoughts.
737715 tn?1347791040 Some people say to test twice a day, because your surge could be very short and may only have a 12 hour window, which only adds to the anxiety. I would have liked to try it, but it was hard to stomach the $30 for each kit. You could still conceive naturally. OPK's are not effective on everyone. Most of the time, it is because you ovulate at times you least expect due to stress, anxiety, or life events as well as most women don't ovulate every month too.
Avatar m tn I just received an call from someone that thinks they may have overdosed on it. He usually does not take it and took up to ten 10mg tablets today and feels somewhat out of it. 100mg in one shot shouldn't do too much should it? He is in No. CA and I'm in So. CA so I can't get to him. Should I be concerned about him not waking up? Apparently he took six of them yesterday and I read the half life is 1-3 days. Apparently he's having muscle spasms. Is there reason to call for help?
Avatar f tn I have anxiety and am on medications for it, but the cessastion of flexeril makes it SO bad, that I usually just take one to make it stop. I know it isn't a controlled substance, but I do think you can acquire dependence to it. The same with anit-depressants (ssri's in particular), as I have experienced sheer hell from stopping Paxil. I will never be able to get off of SSRI's as I have been on them since I was 10 (in 1994)...
790137 tn?1318064425 What does everyone take for their TMJ pain? I did take Darvocets, but those were removed from the market, so what should I take now? What does everyone else take for their jaw pain that is so painful?
Avatar n tn I was recently diagnosed with dermatitis by a local dermatologist and he prescribed me a topical medication called "Elidel", since he didn't think steroid creams were appropriate for the area of body that I am treating which has thin skin. Anyways, I have been using the Elidel for about 10 days now, and have NOT seen any noticable difference in my skin condition.
