I sometimes get a flip flop feeling that lasts 5 to 10 secs in my chest and was told by someone else that PVC's are usually just a quick faint feeling with a skipped feeling in the beat as it kicks back in.
However, I kept getting symptoms which are classic signs of anxiety. My one question is how long can these affect me? Two months later and I still get dizzy spells almost daily, chest heaviness, a cloudiness to were I can't concentrate on anything and digestion problems. Will these eventually go away? I've been to my Primary Care about 4 times in the last 2 months. If I don't have a sinus infection or something then these must be caused by stress? Are these purely psychosematic?
However currently I seem to get shaky as the day goes on, some days are worse than others. How long is this going to last, is there preventative measures I can take? I currently take Celexa for depression but I was shaky before this and the doctor recommended that I increase my dose but it hasn't had any effect on the shaking. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Anxiety can come up pretty much out of anything that is bothersome to you, sometimes from thing you've "buried". Yet again, some people experience anxiety episodes from what they think is nothin, but sometimes things can be promoting or be the actual cause of the anxiety even though they may be unaware of it. What brings it on could be anything really, everybody responds to certain events or circumstances differently.

I have been recently depressed about various things in my life for the last year or more. Not suicidal or anything but not satisfied with my life. Anyways I recently decided to try a pot brownie and totally flipped out. I had full on panic attack for probably an hour and thought I was going to die. I had been thinking about the last year or so and was wondering what I was doing in my life and all of a sudden my heart rate skyrocketed and I was in a panic.
Withdrawing from it immediately can be dangerous. If you have long term anxiety disorder Klonopin which is longer lasting and has less of a potential for a person to build up a tolerance to is safer. I've taken it 10 years without a problem. I would consider switching over to that or something else rather than just stopping the Xanax.
They diagnosed me with Major Depressive Disorder and possible Anxiety, and possible Bipolar. I have also had Anxiety that went undiagnosed for years (still not sure if it is). At 27 they changed my diagnosis to Mood Disorder NOS when I had a hospital stay. After I got out they now say I am Bipolar. Of course you have to understand I was being resistant to the diagnosis this whole time, because I had a fear of ending up like my mom who is Bipolar.
