Well that is how I feel, that I should follow my heart and I feel the same way jason explained on the Bachelor because I have met an incredible guy even though my husband is a great guy hes not for me. My husband found the divorce papers I had hidden and completed the other day and burnt them. So I'm back to square one again.
They were together for 2yrs and married for 1 & 8 mths..they have been seperated since nov. Then tryed to work it out and he left her again..well she kicked him out in dec. We got together on feb.15..the same night she brought her new boyfriend to meet all her friends at the club we all went to..
long story short I have decided to go through with a LONG needed divorce n need to know how to completely keep him away n get a divorce because he is crzy n said he will tk my bby n I will NEVER see it again.How do I have my bby without having to give it his families name or have him on the birth certificate.It sounds harsh but if u knew his bkground u would understand.

I just went through this in WI. I had filled papers last February for a divorce. He and his lawyer dragged it out. In December I found out I was pregnant with my boyfriends that lived with me. My judge ordered a guardian ad lietam and all three of us had to testify at the trial to who the father of the child was. However the judge could have ordered a DNA test to be done because the child was presumed my ex husband's by law.

You went to see a lawyer, or had divorce papers presented to her? Until they day the legal process is complete (and I don't know where you live, so what the process is there or how long it takes) then you are not divorced, and you can stop that process at any time.

Soo..I had this happen. Basically I couldn't stand my now exhusband while I was pregnant..but it was because of a huge number of things that were going on. What he said, what he did, how he acted, etc. I waited until we had our second child and still kept trying to make it work even though I couldn't stand him more times than not. It got to a point where I couldn't take it anymore and it was obvious that it was unhealthy so I left him.
But anyways I filed for divorce and served him the papers but now it’s like I don’t know what to feel. Like I’m glad to be getting a divorce but now i don’t know what to feel about him. Do I love him as a friend or what? I don’t know. Anyway if someone went through something similar some advice would be great. Thank you.
They ask that so if you are pregnant that if you say its not his they have to be able to prove it to make sure that you won't go at him for money for the baby. They are just trying to get it to where there is no attachments between you two after the divorce is done. I am going through the same thing as well. I am trying to leave my husband and I have signed them all and I had to tell them I was pregnant but it wasnt his. So if I were you tell your lawyer that you are.
t think anything can be done much more then what already has been to make that whole situation worse, though they were together for 11+yrs they were only technically married 2 1/2 months before they were legally separated and with her filing court papers for domestics every 3months and him offering to pay for the divorce and her reply being outstraight 'i'm not done using your insurance' i dont think she has any values or morales.
In the divorce paperwork they will set visitation. Idk what the laws are where you are but here in KY you can not file for divorce until the child is born. You can file for legal separation but that is it. I would go ahead and call a lawyers and see what the rules are in your area. You may be able to file but not go to court until after baby is here. In divorce papers they will set up child support, visitation, medical support for baby etc.

I am 10 weeks pregnant and have been married that long... My husband is not nice to me in the slightest. I know that for the sake of my baby and myself I need to do something but I don't know if I'm scared or what. I have constant anxiety and because of it I have a pain in my side. Has anyone else ever asked for a divorce? How did you do it? I don't know how to approach this and I feel like I'm dying inside.
