Pineapple, mango, watermellon, pear, apple are the things
to go for when you want
to fill your tummy. I am
eating mostly fresh foods. I feel great and am never hungry. If you have something that you feel guilty about, eat pineapple as your first meal the next day. It's working for me and I feel so good that when I have lost the next 8kg, I am going to keep on eating this way but just introduce carbs back.
