i dont know how anyone else feels but the absolute hardest thing for me to believe no matter how many tests i have done and how many mornings i am actually surprised that i wake up(sad!) is the fact that they are NOT HARMFUL.if i could just wrap my head around that i think i could be ok.but i convince myself every time that THIS IS IT!its ridiculous and i guess i do need to talk to someone.
I take it daily and not without side effects because so many things effect how cumulative it is. I am not advocating anybody to stop taking warfarin and replace it with ginkgo and fish fat. There are studies out there, they just haven't been done in the US and the reason is there is no profit in it. The FDA will never approve treatments unless there are major double blinds done and it won't happen. However there is a lot of information out there on what affects warfarin and how it does.
- Direct evidence that soy isoflavones genistein and daidzein suppress the pituitary-thyroid axis in middle-aged rats fed 10 mg soy isoflavones per kilo after only 3 weeks as compared with rats eating regular rat chow (Experimental Biology and Medicine 2010 May;235(5):590-8). Don’t eat soy when you are pregnant ladies!
I was put on a dose of tablets, Approx 200 a week (Neomercazole and Warfarin tho I never took the Warfarin when I found out it kills rats),until they had worked out the correct dosage to bring my thyroid to a satisfactory state. Though my butterflies and thumping heartbeat has not gone completely away, all I have to do when I get them is take a couple of Neomercazole tablets for a couple of days and they are gone for some time.
Below you will find my journey to reality ( Please remember I was suffering greatly when writing, so at times it may seem a bit emotional........And it was. MY JOURNEY THROUGH WITHDRAWAL. Thursday 4pm. Last of the Oxy ( This is how I will refer to the drug from now on.) Nauseaus through the night. Friday 6am. Pain in legs and arms a bit of nausea, ache all over, no appitite. Friday 10pm.
Of course, viral titers, inflammation and fibrosis have been known not to correlate, but, like LDN, I wonder how many other drugs like warfarin are out there that, with off-label use, could help curb the pathologies of hep c. You might be correct that your use of warfarin has helped save your liver. I believe that the use of other endogenous substance (orthomeloecular nutrition) like ALA, phoshpatidylcholine and glutathione can also help decrease the harmful effects of hep c.
One particular medical journal article that I was directed to was about rats that were exposed to low levels of mercury. These rats became sick with Lupus-like symptoms and started produce the very specific Nucleolar antibodies that I also display. 'Mercury?' I thought, 'Well, that's fine for the rats that were actually purposely exposed to it, but where would I have ever picked up something like that?
Some mentions of possible instances of surgical solutions without loss of sense of smell - but not sure how proven this path is. My case seems to be getting worse - have finished a round of Cipro - but no improvement. Have tried sudafed / Claratin / codeine cough syrup (some relief the following day for a few hours at most).
I am starting to have some difficulties again, but it was so nice to have a year or so of fairly symptom free times. I recommend you continue to work with your cardiologist to figure out how to get over your symptoms. Living w/ chest pain/pressure and stents is not an easy road, and I hope you get over the hump soon. Good luck!

So, I wanted to ask you ladies that have had the test done how painful was it on a 1-10 scale? Also, what EXACTLY do they do, what does the pain feel like, how long does the test take, and how long does it take to get results back? Mango - Congrats on your O and I would still do this cycle if it were me. Hopefully your family knows that you are ttc and will understand when you and dh have to take some time for yourself everyday.
