Highly insulinogenic foods are simple carbs and ultra high protein without any fat. By eating moderate level of
protein (0.5 grams to 1 gram
protein per pound of lean body mass) and avoid the "white stuff" as in flour, rice, pasta, sugar, etc, which will create high spike in blood sugar. Also, make sure you get fat in your meals (from healthy sources like avocado, butter, olive oil, coconut oil, etc and not fake fats like margarine).
