Monday you take in 1,100 tusday-1,300 wendsday-1,700 Thursday-1,000 ect to get a weekly total of the same you get on 1,200 a day. So I'm wondering who dose this and dose it work? I hear it keeps you from hitting a pleatue or going into starvation mode. Also how do you feel about it? Like do you feel hungry? Are you happy with it? I'm going to try this.

I would also advise you to speak to you ob/gyn or a registered dietitian to address your eating. It is crucial that you eat at least 1500 calories a day for your body to function. If you are breast feeding, you would need much more. You need to be healthy for you and your baby. Best, Dr.

Running for exercise is a good plan. Probably a couple of miles a day might be good. Perhaps you should review with your coach and come up with a plan. Good luck!

I am not a health care professional but have been successful in losing about 50 lbs in the last 6-8 months. I'd suggest perhaps you aren't eating enough, or eating enough at the right times. Small balanced breakfast, low on carbs...(carbs tend to make us more hungry) healthy snack before lunch.... balanced lunch.....

Avatar f tn m no fitness expert, but from my personal experience, i would say you should still maintain a healthy diet and keep exercising. but be sure to change it up with some high intensity workouts on some days and on others with some lower intensity workouts. mixing things up can really confuse your body (don't do the same workout day in/day out) and therefore could result in some positive change. remember to make sure you give yourself plenty of rest days in between workouts.
