To my knowledge, the way fmla maternity leave work is maximum 12 wks unpaid. Now if ur company has another maternity leave structure in place then lucky u, but maternity leave is not paid unless u already have the pto/vacation hours built up which u have to use. U are allowed to use ur maternity leave intermittently like cutting back ur hours, but it must not exceed the total amount of hours/days/weeks of leave u r entitled to.
