I have the divorce papers in hand. My husband will be coming over to talk tonight. Where I will be laying down the law. I want to work thru this because I do love him And he is good to me. Other than the fact the yard cheated on me with a icky stripper.. things wont be there same. But I'm willing to try. For the kids if nothing else.. he will be tested for every std under the sun ( even those I have 2 that I was honest about)...

You may be able to file but not go to court until after baby is here. In divorce papers they will set up child support, visitation, medical support for baby etc. but do yourself a favor and when they set child support immediately go to your child support office and have all checks go through state that way he and you is protected.

Well it's all about how you really feel. The alcohol and meds can affect your judgment. I can't say for sure if you would have divorced your wife if you were sober or not but chances are you would have made a clear decision that way.
