Theyre bad menstrual cramps but when they start i feel the very light cramp and can feel it intensify to where it takes over the whole abdomen. Im just curious... how do you know when your labor contractions start. My doc told me to look for strong contactions that are 3 mins apart. But idk if they start off weak then get strong or do they just start stong with no warning. Im 38 weeks btw.
