Your doctor is right about You being past the first 24 hours which is the most dangerous for someone with concussion. I would trust his advice as he did check everything he should have however if You're concerned You can always return to him or even to another doctor for a second opinion.

I got a concussion about 3 months ago at a cheer competition when a girl fell and elbowed me in the face. I didn’t get knocked unconscious but I blacked out for 3 or 4 seconds. He was a good man & we all loved him very much but, he had a serious illness(problem). It started with emotional abuse and then progressed to physical violence. Stop it now before it progresses, love means taking measures you do not always want to do.

Did anyone watch Dr Phil yesterday? It was a show about addiction. There was a lot of great information. I watched it last night. He suggested a new book to read....HEALING THE ADDICTED BRAIN. It is supposed to be a great book. I ordered it today. Just wanted to pass on the info if anyone else wanted to read the book.
its extremely kind of you people. Yes I took the suboxone to get over a hangover ~ I get the worst hangovers in the world hence my not touching booze on any regular basis, I can get sick for 3-5 days on 3 stinking glasses of wine, so I avoid it. That was one of the things I did like about the Perks for if I did drink it would kick the hangover out of me and I of course could function and work.
And any advice to keep that vow many of us make with a hangover from hell, never again?
It sounds like it could be a concussion - he will slowly heal if he does not see a doctor. I got hit in the head with a softball a few years ago and was very dizzy, nauseous, and had a headache. I did not go to the doctor.... found out 2 months later (after the feeling was starting to come back and I got black eyes) that I did indeed have a mild concussion and had to go for a CT Scan for possible nerve damage. I still do not have a lot of feeling in the spot that I got hit.
