Yes, nosebleeds during pregnancy are totally normal. Crazy hormone stuff is going on in addition to an increase in your blood volume are the culprits. Don't worry.

Hi ladies. I went to my regular doctor today because I have been having a lot of joint pain in my hands, to the point that it sometimes interferes w/ my daily life. Anyway, I didn't tell him that there is a slight possibility that I could be pregnant. I am only 7 dpo, so it's too early to test. He took blood and gave me some samples of Celebrex. I am just afraid to take it, just in case. I know we timed intercourse at the right time...
I am 74 years old and have been on HormoneTherapy for 24 years. My new doctor had advised me that she will not continue my prescription because she in uncomfortable to prescribe to a woman over 65 years of age. I think that is my decision to make.
I was diagnosed at age 49 in May, 2007 with Stage II, 3 nodes positive. I had 4 rounds of A/C and 4 rounds of Taxol followed by 33 rounds of radiation. My doctor now wants to put me on hormone therapy. I am premenopausal but haven't gotten my period since July due to chemo. She won't put me on Tamoxifin because of a past history of TIA several years ago. She said I would be at too high a risk for stroke on it.
I have been told from the start that with a lumpectomy I would need radiation. I found out later about the hormonetherapy. I want to know if this is standard of care for my situation. I had a 1cm lump including DCIS and ILC. My margins were 6mm, 1cm, 5cm, 6cm. The ILC was in a linear pattern and low nuclear grade. 4 of 4 nodes were negative for cancer. I am ER+ 100% and PR+ 90%. I am HER2 negative. I was told my cancer was caught very early and I should be OK.
You very well could be not as far along as you think you are. I can certainly understand your concern. For me to tell you not to worry would almost be pointless because I know I would be worried too. But worrying, unfortunately, won't change the outcome of whatever might happen. I wish you all the luck in the world though. Just do your best to take it easy and stay off your feet over the weekend. Good luck.
Maybe call your doctor and tell him that even their site says not to use it during breastfeeding, and ask if there is another option!! I haven't used it so I don't know. I do know there is a low hormone pill you can take while breastfeeding, but you still need to use protection while on it. Sorry i'm not much help, but thats what I would do is tell your doctor and ask!
This could very well be an implantation dip. The timing would def be spot on. Some women get them and some don't.
I charted for a year to avoid pregnancy and then got pregnant on purpose on December charting. I have my BFP chart under my profile pictures. You are more than welcome to take a look if you'd like.

Just finished week 12 of tx although I did only 11 weeks of telaprevir (with my doctor's blessing). Having increased rash and other untoward side effects. One concern is that my eGFR has steadily decreased over the course of tx as my creatinine has increased. eGFR is now 53 (less than 60) and my creatinine is 1.46. Has anyone out there had any similar issues regarding kidney function? Is this renal impairment reversible once I finish treatment? Any help would be most appreciated.
Okay ladies, so I got a BFP this afternoon. I am 11 dpo and bought like 6 tests last night from the dollar store. They NEVER have them, but they did last night. I like these better than the other ones I have seen because they are not the strips. It's the ones where you actually collect your urine and use a dropper.
I am not going to tell DH yet. It is killing me, but since it is still super early, I just don't want to tell him until I actually miss my period.
