Avatar f tn Your body needs to pass the baby completely for your levels to start going down again. I'm sorry but it's highly probable that you've might of lost this baby. Your levels should have doubled unless it was ectopic but I'm sure you would have been told.

Avatar f tn I have low estrogen levels (102 and they said it should be around 150) and low progesterone levels (11? and they said it should be 15). During these results I was on folistim and then also progesterone pills. I had polyps removed 5 months ago and was told I had polypoid endometrium. Can't find anything on that topic though. What does this mean for my body in general as far as mood/health is concerned and how is my infertility directly related? Been TTC for 3 years...
1936698 tn?1333915193 I'm confused. My doctor has never told me anything about hormone levels and looking out for them or anything. My friend just had a miscarriage last night at 11 weeks, and I feel terrible for her and I just want to cry because she was so excited. Her hormone level went from 73000 to 1200. How do you tell if your hormones dropped and what is so important about them during pregnancy? I'm 31 weeks along and I am so confused about all of it.
797256 tn?1237636468 Hello, I am writing because I have lots of symptoms of PCOS and 5 years ago I went through fertiltiy and found that I have PCOS, but now 5 years later I had my hormone levels taken just by family doctor and they say they are normal but what is normal. Avatar m tn I recently took some blood tests which show normal levels of IGF-1, Prolactin, Testosterone, Estradiol, but low levels of Luteinizing Hormone and low levels of Follicule Stimulating Hormone. Does this indicate anything?
Avatar n tn t understand that most patients taking thyroid hormone at a dosage adequate to relieve hypo symptoms will have suppressed TSH levels. This is a result of taking a full dose of thyroid hormone once or twice daily resulting in an equilibrium among TSH, FT4 and FT3 that is quite different from that with the usual continuous low flow of natural thyroid hormone in the untreated state.
Avatar f tn Hi I'm 35 and pregnant with my fourth baby, I'm six weeks pregnant and my doctor order blood test do to my low hormone level, just wondering if i have anything to worry about, i don't know what means!!
594189 tn?1386916607 I have low progesterone levels too, I am 6 weeks pregnant and I am taking pills to keep my levels up as well. I don't know much about progesterone in your situation, but I do know that 104 is considered normal blood sugar. If you test 2 hours after you eat a meal, it is normal as long as it doesn't go above 130. I have know people who have normal blood sugar who occasionally go above 130, but I think as long as it doesn't happen on a regular basis there is no need to worry.
Avatar m tn Thanks ginger! I'm not trying to fix anything tho, I'm just trying to support his overall health. Low testosterone is directly related to prostate cancer in us old guys. Its has many physiological benefits. I know from personal experience. Natural testosterone cream reduced my blood sugar, triglyceride and cholesterol levels to a normal range. My depression lifted and my enegry levels increased. When testosterone is converted to DHT and estrogen it can be problematic.
Avatar n tn over a period of 7 months, continually declining sex drive, ED (often), fatigue, "brain fog," malaise, hot flashes, difficulty exercising. I also seem to be losing weight/muscle mass and have very strange feeling of emptiness in testes. I am 37, very little body fat, and was otherwise pretty healthy. These are my blood test results: cortisol am 337 nmol/L (138-650) oestradiol 153 pmol/:L (<160) Testosterone (roche method): 29.9 nmol/L (10.0 - 28.
Avatar f tn Ok. I have had two miscarriages. The first one they said was because of the chromosomes. I was only seven weeks. The second time- everything seemed to be going fine. I thought I was about 10 weeks and I went to the emergency room and they said I needed to go see my ob. So I did the next day and we figured out that I had a blighted ovum and nothing was developing. Well I just found out two weeks ago I was pregnant. Well- I went to the er because I started having severe cramps and bleeding.

Avatar f tn Hormone levels as in HCG? I'd say no, that's not possible, there is a specific type of blood test (I believe) that you can get done to tell gender, but I don't think insurance covers it, so you'd have had to pay it out of pocket, did you have any issues that would require a specific blood test, or did you request one?
