There are a couple of ways to find out if you are ovulating. One is to get a blood test on day 21 for a
hormone called progesterone, which is only present in the blood during the 11-14 days after ovulation before your next period starts. If the progesterone is more than 3 ng/ml (or 10 pmol/ml, depending on where you live), then you are ovulating. If less than 3 ng/ml on day 21, I would suggest repeating on day 25, 26, 27, or 28 to see if you have had a delayed ovulation.
