I have been dieting and exercising for 6 months now, max 5-6 times a week for at least an hour each time on a 1200 calorie
diet. (Zumba, Strength Training) I feel that I am just exercising just to maintain my current weight. I am 144lb 5'3. I was at my heaviest in Oct 2014 at 150. I do feel toned, but it's getting a little frustrating that i can't get down anymore. My goal would be at some point to be 130 but I just want to get down to 140 right now.
