At one point, I was living on 200 cals a day while strength training and arobics morning, noon, and night. When I was about 18 or so, I joined
Weight Watchers and was thrilled to
lose 30 lbs or so, even though I was eating more and exercising less than ever. But then, after about a year or so, without doing ANYthing differently, I gained back all the weight I'd lost plus another 50 lbs. The complete thyroid tests came back low normal, but I read that estrogen dominance can throw the test.
