As much as I can tell from the photos, this looks like heat rash or possibly a viral rash. There are plenty of summer viruses besides HIV, though. I suggest that if the rash persists for another 2 weeks, show it to a doctor. Meantime, there isn't any specific treatment you need to do. Best. Dr.

Anyways I have noticed a RASH on my chest, quite similar to the rashes I have seen when I gooogled HIV rashes. They are similar to ingrown hairs all over my chest. I have around 10 of them. I had a risky encounter 51 days ago, when condom got teared during anal sex, i was the insertive partner. After few week i developed a single rash on my chest. The HIV rash does not itch, in addition the rash generally only lasts 5-8 days PLUS you did not have a risk so if you add all of this together it means you do not have HIV. Absolutely no way.

JUST chest pimples or rash. i am going to take hiv/std test on the 1 month mark. but waiting for the 1 month mark feel so terrible and anxiety has got me. Is it the lesions on the back or the rash that developed after you took the treatment. HIV is an immune system disorder and therefore there may be many symptoms in an HIV patient which may also be seen in people who are not HIV positive. I do not think there is any reason why one should be concerned unless there are other reasons to suspect HIV. Please let me know which part of your medical conditions worries you and makes you think of the possibility of HIV and why?
