You don't diagnose HIV by symptoms. HIV has no specific symptoms. Your HIV test will be conclusive at 3 months post exposure.
In the past few years I've been susceptible to some respiratory symptoms. They usually start with heavy sneezing, then followed by a mild fever, and sometimes my nose will be running. This will last maybe 5 days, and I think on average I've had this once or twice a year. There was also one case of where I thought was bronchitis; I had some trouble breathing, and they did an x-ray and said they didn't really see anything. They gave me antibiotics anyway.

First of all, you can't "catch" AIDS. AIDS is a syndrome, not a virus. Being infected with HIV can lead to the development of AIDS, which stands for acquired immunodeficiency syndrome. AIDS develops when HIV has caused damage to the immune system.
Secondly, there is nothing that you have posted that is any risk for HIV. No risk means no exposure to HIV. Any symptoms you're having have nothing to do with HIV. If you're not well, then go see the doctor.
