Hello Sir, I am 30 year old male , 5 year back I had sex with call girl, while having sex condom fell inside her vagina for few seconds, we also had oral sex. I did some HIV test after 1 month of having sex which came Negative, also 6 months back I once again did some H IV test which were also negative. Does a HIV test look for antibodies? I have a Primary Immune Deficiency, so I don't make antibodies. I was tested for Herpes and HIV back in 2013, but I had no clue that I had CVID at the time, so any antibody blood work could have been negative, but I really may have had either. I had unprotected sex and symptoms after that I wrote here about back in 2013, because I was perplexed that my tests were coming back negative when I was having horrible symptoms.
t understand your comments about his oxygen mask. HIV is not caught by providing that sort of care to AIDS patients. If your hand are going to come into contact with body fluids, standard precautions are to wear protective gloves -- but for the mask, it would be sufficient to just wash your hands or use an alcohol gel (like Purel). Anyway, your own urethra of course would not be at risk from this sort of contact.
