Even if one can envision a theoretical risk from fingering, in the 30 years of the known worldwide HIV/AIDS epidemic, nobody is known to have been infected by hand-genital or hand-anal contact.

Therefore, the current predictions will have to be proved by the actual experiences of people diagnosed in the past several years, treated aggressively, and followed for the next 30-50 years.

And yet nobody known to have been infected. You aren't going to be the first!

And yet no known cases of HIV acquired by such events. Even the busiest HIV/AIDS clinics never see patients who have not had typical exposure, i.e. unprotected vaginal or anal sex, shared needles, etc. Nobody whose only exposure was kissing.
