Well, it seems like there is no other cause than genes to this (probably), but since I really dont like being this underweight, are there any drugs that could help me gain weight (in other words eat more/ slow metabolism).
Like some steroids or something?
Again, I have tried the "eat more" thing, but it doesnt seem to work very well. At first I do gain weight, but I get pretty bad diarrhea ETC. from eating too much.

HE HAS BEEN TESTED FOR URINAL YSIS/FECES AFTER SIX DAYS AMD CAME BACK ALL NORMAL, BUT IS NOT CONCLUSIVE BECAUSE IT HAS NOT BEEN LONG ENOUGH. PLEASE IF YOU CAN GIVE ME PIECE OF MIND.
Acer, a dentist who was shared by the six patients and who died of complications of the acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS). So how could a HIV postive dentist spread HIV to six people if HIV can't survive outside the body?? And the CDC said he didn't have sex or use drugs with any of these people. Do you guys have any insights??

however, from looking at the condom, it still appears to remain intact but am still worried because maybe some blood goes in to the condom from the top and because this lady who is now 25 told me that when she was 6 years old, her father died of Aids at the age of 28 from injecting drugs. She also said that she went for a check up after she realized that her father has Aids, even though she is not using drugs. The results according to her came back clear.
You need to understand that HIV and AIDS are two different subjects, HIV is a condition caused by a retrovirus that attacks the body's immune system and it's progression leads to another one known as AIDS.
The transition time that takes to progress to AIDS can be different for different individual, depending on one's immune response. Generally for an individual with no medical assistance to HIV would get in to AIDS stage by 9 years (average).
The HIV test is totally different from the test that you had. Your test sounds like a complete blood count. If you feel the need for being tested for HIV, please, by all means, ask your doctor to please have you tested. It is a specialized test and must be marked "HIV" for the test requested. A lot depends on resistance to drugs. Many current drugs only came out a few years ago and they offer hope even to people who became resistant to some of the previous drugs. Also, the more drugs you have the less resistance becomes a problem since the possibilities are better to form a strong cocktail, reducing the possibility of resistance.
Another problem could be side effects from the medication. Again, this problem is much less with newer medication.

LOLZ Sorry for this stupid question as I said, I have just gone to the Home Page and thw whole website is filled with this crap that "HIV DOES NOT CAUSE AIDS" on the homepage. I feel myself stupid to not rely on my HIV Negative status, rather searching stupid things which enhances my tension. I am trying hard to be out of HIV, since I have more than Conclusive results, but I know it is not easy it will take time. But the time will come when I will say to myself "Enough is Enough!!

Believe your wife what she said. If her HIV test is negative, by no means it can be considered at a "precursor" to AIDS, because for progression of HIV into AIDS, one must have HIV virus and its antibodies present in his/her serum.
but i have heard that body fluid can enter the body through skin is it possible that can u have aids?
ve been asked this before, but is it possible that in a person with Aids or a person with an advanced stage of Aids would stop making hiv antibodies? Do people with hiv show hiv antibodies for the rest of there life, even in the terminal stage of aids? And is it possible that someone could catch the hiv virus and in 3 years develop aids in an advanced stage if that person where unaware that they where hiv possitive and where not receiving treatment for hiv?

um I was with my bf for like a year anyways he left me about a month ago he just left didnt tell me he was leaving I think he may have hiv or aids and has infected me ive been feeling sick for a while off and on but I have not been tested in about a year anyways ive got this rly bad cough and sometimes I feel like its hard to breathe it been like tht for a couple weeks now I dont have insurance and ive been too much of a coward to go to the hospital because im by myself I cnt tell my family...

Why is it they give HIV patients a PI drug to keep the aids virus in remission but not HVC patients.Isnt this form of maintence? .I think they should be giving it to people who have HVC and did not respond to the PI drugs because what else is left?...Maybe one day they will use the PI as maintenance for the ones who dont respond to SOC and PI drugs.Ive heard of aids people liiving a lot longer now because of the PI`s too.Some are with aids for 25 years and still doing ok.

My dr told me that there was a guy from Kenya who was hiv positive for 5 years but tested negative.How can I be sure that I dont have the virus.Im very worried....that I might progress to the aids stage and die without anyone knowing what of because of the gestation period.I had sex with a hooker 7 months ago but i have been sick ever since.
Majority of HIV-infected people without treatment would die from AIDS in relatively short time interval (5-10 years). But only minority of HCV-infected people (probably, 20%) would die without theatment from HCV-related complications during their lifetime. Thus, HCV-infected people may remain infective during decades of all their lifetime.
Beyond the diagnosis of overt AIDS, the important information is whether she is on anti-HIV drugs; and how much HIV is in her blood, i.e. the result of a viral load test. If she is being treated and has an undetectable or very low viral load, there would be little or no risk even with unprotected intercourse. If you do it, you probably would not be infected. But common sense says there is no point in taking the chance.
We drank a little. A stupid friend took me to another place. There was a guy who was injecting drugs into himself. My friends persuaded me to try it. I thought wat the hell, let's go with it. Tat guy took his syringe, jabbed it into my forearm, pulled the plunger a little bit outside and then pushed it all the way in. I went super high. Din't remember anything at all. Next I remember my dad beating the **** outta me. I had got caught at home. Then it all came back.
