Always make sure you eat some
protein with each snack, as that keeps you feeling fuller
and helps build muscles.
You could have an apple with some peanut butter; you could have a protein shake, made with any kind of fruit. Yogurt makes an excellent snack, celery with cheese or peanut butter (make sure you keep the peanut butter servings in check, though because it does have a lot of fat). Cut up veggies with hummus are good.
