1533382 tn?1357962152 s actually a full meal, be it mostly protein and no carbs or under my carb limits spikes my levels. Afternoon snack I get 1 fruit, 1 carb, 1 protein. For dinner I get 3 veggies, 1 fruit, 3 starch, 4 protein, 3 fat. Bedtime snack I get 1 milk, 1 carb, 1 protein. It's a lot of food. Avatar f tn Pasta, breads, ice cream, sodas, juices, anything like that will have a high carb count. Take a look at the nutritional information and see how much carbs are in each. You can eat a lot of proteins, and they help keep you fuller longer, and vegetables are a great fuller because they have almost no carbs too. You can get low carb recipes online, my favorite was Atkins which is a low carb diet, and as long as you're eating those 3 meals and 2 snacks you shouldn't start losing weight.

I say this because you don't mention the name of your disorder or what the doctors recommend, and without knowing what's going on, we can't know what you're able to digest. Perhaps if you tell us more about what exactly is going on it would help.
