Are shakes and water all you plan to consume? If so, that's not good or sustainable. In addition, weight lost too and not in a healthy manner will most likely be regained as soon as you start eating normally again, even if maintaining a healthy diet.

Since you have diarrhea, suggest avoiding coffee, concentrated sweets, and an excess intake of fiber (nuts, seeds, whole grains, legumes, leafy greens), however, insoluble fiber is desired (oatmeal, pectin in apple, fruit). Until your diarrhea is in control, suggest not eating strawberries due to the small seeds.

Brown rice powder isn't one of them -- brown rice protein is, but that's protein isolated from brown rice, whereas hemp powder is just powdered hemp, which as a seed will have some protein but is mostly nutritious for its omega 3 fatty acids. But all nuts are high in protein, as are all beans.
