I eat everything they tell you
not to eat (real-food-wise,
that is), and I stay away from processed
foods. I do
not eat any processed sugars, carbohydrates, sodas, or trans-fat. I load up on saturated fats (I go through 2 packets of butter in a week), and eat probably more than my fair share of protein. Not as much chicken, but real, red-meat foods (steak, lamb, etc) with the fat still on it. I eat at least 3 eggs a day, everyday (whole eggs, not this egg white only stuff).
