The side effects of too much protein are taxing to the kidneys. The only way you lower your cholesterol is if you are eating protein source foods that lower it, such as eggs, fish, chicken, nuts, and seeds. Avatar m tn I buy mine at my local food co-op (like a whole foods store). I think the whole foods stores may have it, as well as more trendy markets, upscale markets, and specialty food shops. I doubt places like Walmart would carry it. I don't know about regular markets as I never shop at regular markets. Maybe call around to save running all over the place. Your town looks like it is on the small side. You may have to go to one of the larger towns/cities near you.
