Normally I don't eat meat every day, so I would be lucky to get 20 grams... I can't eat peanuts, beans, soy, or pork. Eggs make me throw up right now (I used to really like them). Avatar f tn I meant healthy foods. By the way, in addition to being pro-inflammatory, milk is very high in calcium but almost deficient in magnesium, producing an electrolyte imbalance and leaching out muscle-relaxing magnesium. Definitely not a good recovery drink.

By eating moderate level of protein (0.5 grams to 1 gram protein per pound of lean body mass) and avoid the "white stuff" as in flour, rice, pasta, sugar, etc, which will create high spike in blood sugar.
