Hello, i got some fears and i will need some help please, in january this year i had sex with a home prostitute , the condom break and i got pretty scared, in june this year i did a hiv test it was negative and 1 month later i did another test wich was also negative so that will be 6-8 month prior to exposure.. im now felling some strange light burning sensations witch started on my back then moved to my chest and they are on my right foot sole... is this anxiety? or stress ?

Hi, welcome to the forum, nasal breathing has many advantages over mouth breathing. Afferent stimuli from the nerves that regulate breathing are in the nasal passages. The inhaled air passing through the nasal mucosa carries the stimuli to the reflex nerves that control breathing. Mouth breathing bypasses the nasal mucosa and makes regular breathing difficult which is not good for health.
Also the nostrils and sinuses filter and warm the air going into the lungs while mouth does not do it.

hi today i got my results of biopsy back and it came out as bening squamous papilloma. the doctor told me i dont have any hpv or herpes thats what she told me. but how could this happen three years ago same biopsy was done at it came positive for herpes. is it possible that i dont have it now. iam totally confused. now we are planning for baby should i tell my health care provider about this if i get preganant. and i havent been on any medication ever since because i didnt get any outbreak.

Hi dear i have ultrasound yesterday and diagnose with hemorrhagic cysts .on my left ovary shows 4x4 cm with debris in it and septation... i had this pain on my left lower abdomen since 3 mnth and frequent urination since 2 years ago... is it possible to concieve in the future? Am i at risk for ovarian cancer..since we donot have history of ovarian cancer in our family..
