Common Questions and Answers about Height weight chart large frame

weight

Avatar f tn Your weight not only depends on your height, but also your frame size. Some with a large frame (large bones) should weigh more than someone who is very small/fine boned. Here's a portion of a chart that applies to you: Height Small Frame Medium Frame Large Frame 5'5" 117-130 127-141 137-155 At 135, you're really not overweight at all, unless you are very small boned, then just barely.
Avatar f tn Height Small Frame Medium Frame Large Frame 5'9" 129-142 139-153 149-170 As you can see, you're already borderline underweight, if you have a small frame, and severely underweight if you have a large frame. Chocolate is actually good for you; opt for the dark chocolate, rather than milk chocolate, which is full of sugar.
Avatar m tn I'd say probably neither............5'2 is not a bad height to be. Below is a small bit from a height/weight chart. So depending on your frame size, you could weigh anywhere from 108 - 143....... Height Small Frame Medium Frame Large Frame 5'2" 108-121 118-132 128-143 If you eat well and get plenty of exercise, so you aren't getting flabby, you are about right........
Avatar f tn You weight should also be determined by your frame size, along with your height. If you have a large frame, your healthy weight would be higher than if your frame is very small. Here's a portion of a height/weight chart that might be helpful.
1107486 tn?1258400832 Height Small Frame Medium Frame Large Frame 5'7" 123-136 133-147 143-163 You would do well to maintain where you are and continue with regular exercise and healthy eating.
Avatar f tn s a bit I copied from a height/weight chart, that pertains to you. Your actual weight depends on the size of your frame. Small Frame Medium Frame Large Frame 5'2" 108-121 118-132 128-143 Depending on your frame size, you might not even be overweight.
Avatar n tn Height Small Frame Medium Frame Large Frame 5'6" 120-133 130-144 140-159 You are not overweight and if you are comfortable with the way you look, you'll be fine. If you become too much more underweight, you won't be healthy........and you don't want your parent's attitudes to cause you to end up with an eating disorder.
284738 tn?1283106819 I'm 5'9" and have a large frame. I was once much thinner when I was younger, too thin in fact. Everyone is different, but I know that my body type can't get down to tiny sizes. More petite women change sizes faster (with less weight loss) than taller women. Do you carry your weight evenly? I do, I don't put it all on in one place. That also makes it slower to change size.
Avatar f tn Hi Helena, Welcome to our community. I have to agree with the other 2 posters. For your height, you are actually underweight. I copied a portion of a height/weight chart for you to see what you should actually weigh. I don't know about your frame size (whether you are large boned or more petite).
1149046 tn?1264361586 For your height, you are just about perfect weight. Losing 20 pounds would put almost in the "underweight" category. I would not advise doing that. Here's part of a height/weight chart that applies to YOU.
886304 tn?1256091904 It depends on the size of your body frame - whether you are small or large boned. I copied part of a height/weight chart Small Frame Medium Frame Large Frame 5'9" 129-142 139-153 149-170 Hope this helps........
Avatar f tn Yes I know the healthy weight for my height I have a weight chart saved to my iPod. And I want to lose weight so I can have a flat stumic. And yes I know I am also going to have to do exersises to tone it up. I was doing an hour work out everynight 2 weeks ago to help me lose weight but I was just gaining weight.
Avatar f tn Height Small Frame Medium Frame Large Frame 5'3" 111-124 121-135 131-147 Getting down to 115, would make you underweight, again, unless you have a small frame, then, you'd be almost "borderline". Optimal body fat for your age group is 20-28%, so at 22%, you're right where you should be with that as well.
Avatar f tn Just took a quick look at height/weight chart - you are NOT overweight - even if you have a small frame. If you can maintain where you are, that would be ok. Don't lose too much or you will be unhealthy. There are some websites you can go to that will give you the number of calories you need daily. spark people is a good one; live strong is another. You can also do a search for height/weight charts to get an idea of where your weight should fall. Good luck and keep posting.

When someone else grabs a piece of cake, you grab an apple or carrot/celery sticks and enjoy the crunch!!
