The wave of heat can't be a normal hot flash. I had a hysterectomy at age 33. I'm 64. I turn my heat down to at least 63 or 64 at night. It's cool in my room. Every morning as soon as I open my eyes the heat starts. Seems like it starts from my core. It only lasts maybe a minute. I have to throw off the covers and stick my leg out. Sometimes I can almost break a sweat during the heat wave. After it stops I get really cold and have to cover back up. It does not happen any other time.
Yesterday night i was making a pizza When i open the oven door a heat wave come in My face and eyes . I immediately close the eyes but this was after the wave ,now my vision is normal and the eyes also look normal but I feel something weird on the eyes like a small burning sensation and some head ache maybe I guess the head ache can be that I got nervous . This have never happened to me and I didn’t make anything different or I put my face really near the oven the heat wave just came .

s not uncommon for labs or any bigger dogs to be a year old when they come into their first heat. Are you going to breed all 3 of them? Please be responsible if you do plan to do this. The world is filled with unwanted dogs- everyone wants a puppy but when they get older and the fun is over many people abandon them.
"Is this considered heat intolerance?" No, unless every time you go to the store its really hot outside, (not just how you feel).
Heat intolerance is when you physically cant take high ambient temperatures as well as others. Lets say you cant take heat above 90F like most other people. It makes you feel sick, dehydrated, weak, faint, ect.
It sounds like what you are experiencing is pre hyper hot feeliog or still adjusting to the higher dose of med.

I seem to have some syptoms of each I can fall asleep at the drop of a hat, I am always so internally hot feel like I am in a heat wave even in winter I cant remember the last time I slept with a blanket on always have the window open and a fan on. I have actually put weight on not taken it off so am very confused.
You can make yourself an Oral Rehydration Drink to sip on during this heat wave. 5 cups water, 1 tsp. salt, 1 Tbs. sugar and a pinch of baking soda. Or drink some watered-down Gator Aid or Pedialite.
Please take care of yourself. This heat wave has caused a lot of problems for people who aren't used to this type of weather. Some end up in the hospital with heat stroke, heat exhaustion or dehydration.
52am and i cant sleep im so hot im sitting on the floor in front of my vent letting the air hit me... i took a cold shower and have tried everything i can think of! Am i the only one going through this????

I had shortness of breath, heat wave come over me, nausea, extreme anxiety. I splashed some water on my face and went to sleep. Well the next day I was extremely nervous all day. I don't know why I just had this feeling of nervousness and shaking. I also had loss of appetite. This lasted for days non stop. Finally I went to the ER because I just felt so terrible. I felt like something was 'ON" inside my body and I couldn't turn it off.
I am only a 14 year old girl, I was sitting at the computer for a few hours and I started getting random internal heat sensations in the same spot around my ankle. My skin isn't hot, but internally there is a heat wave. It only lasts seconds but the tingling feeling stays afterwards. It's odd and I'm not sure if like everyone gets it and I'm being paranoid or what. I'd love if someone could explain what's causing it.
Has your thyroid ever been tested? Hyperthyroidism can cause heat intolerance. As well as fatigue, diarrhea, a racing heart, and anxiety. You should look it up and see if you have any of the other symptoms.

I have been on Cymbalta for at least 6 months. The first month was up and down, but then I felt great for a while. The last week I have started feeling the same start up effects, even though I have been on the same 60mg all along. We are in the middle of a heat wave and i haven't been sleeping well... but i am also feeling dizzy, nauseous and headachy....
